Extra Small Vaginal Speculum
The PELIspec Extra Small Vaginal Speculum with lock for GP practices, sexual health clinics, and family planning settings where cervical screening, gynaecological examination, and smear tests are performed.
The extra small size — previously referred to as virgin speculum — is recommended for patients where smaller dimensions are required, in line with clinician assessment at the point of care
Manufactured in the UK from clear plastic, the PELIspec follows the established Cusco-type design. The transparent finish helps with visibility during examination and sampling, and the locking mechanism helps hold the speculum in position during the procedure.
Each speculum is individually packed and supplied as single patient use. The pack contains 25 units and is latex-free, with smooth rounded ends to enhance patient comfort during an examination.
