• Consider which accessories you will require and include this in your order. By doing so, we can ensure that they are properly fitted at the time of delivery by Medi-Plinth's own staff
• If you require delivery to anywhere other than ground floor do please let us know at the time of ordering so that we can ensure a suitable number of delivery staff attend. These products are heavy and you should not assume that you will be able to manhandle them up stairs on your own
