KTwo is a two layer compression system which givens an even distribution of pressure. KTwo is suitable for treating active or healed venous leg ulcers as well as oedema.
Features
KTwo comprises of two seperate bandages:
• K Tech - (1st layer) formed from a wadding and short stretch compression fabric
• K Press - (2nd layer) cohesive, elastic bandage
KTwo combines both short and long stretch bandages to provide an two layer compression system

• Effectively treats leg ulcers irrespective of ankle size
• Maintains 40 mmHg compression for up to 7 days
• Has a massage effect when the patient is mobile
• Pressure indicators on bandage ensure correct pressure with minimal training
Pressure Indicator
• K Tech and K Press had a pressure indicator to ensure the correct pressure level is applied.
• Each bandage is printed with an ellipse which, when the correct stretch is reached, will become a circle.
• The Pressure Indicator marks should be just covered to obtain the correct overlap.
• Optimal pressure is achieved when the correct stretch and overlap is obtained.
Indications
• For the treatment of venous leg ulcers
• Reduction of chronic venous oedema
Contra-Indications
Contra-indicated for patients with an arterial condition or when ankle-brachial pressure index (ABPI) measured below 0.8.
Features
• Maintainance of pressure level for up to 7 days
• Correct pressure level with minimal training due to pressure indicator markings
• Patients are able to wear normal footwear
